Shipping Charges; Taxes

ChoiceTVMounts will collect separate charges for actual shipping costs. Unless Customer provides ChoiceTVMounts with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to ChoiceTVMounts acceptance of the order, taxes will be collected for the states of California and Colorado. In all other states, the customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

Title; Risk of Loss

Title to products passes from ChoiceTVMounts to Customer upon shipment. It will be the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for any loss or damage occurring during shipment.

Warranties

Each product is packaged with the manufacturer's warranty and service information detailing specific terms and conditions. We encourage you to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer so that they can contact you if necessary in the future.

Products purchased directly from ChoiceTVMounts may be returned in accordance with ChoiceTVMounts return policy in effect on the date of the invoice.

Errors & Omissions
